PRINCESS LOCATIONS

Locations That Do Not Require Additional Payment

San Francisco City Hall

City: San Francisco

Cost To Shoot: $0

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

PROS: Beautiful location for the princess look that so many girls love. It is an iconic location for a quinceanera photoshoot. There is nothing quite like City Hall that is free for the public.

CONS: It can be very crowded because it is a public building and it is a popular tourist destination. It is also a popular wedding location, so being patient here is key. It is also possible for City Hall to be used for private events, which we typically will not know about with much time in advance, which means the iconic staircase could be closed, or any of the floors could be closed. If this is 100% a location that you would want, there is a possibility that we would have to reschedule the photoshoot day if City Hall closes. This is also closed during national holidays.

Palace Of Fine Arts

City: San Francisco

Cost To Shoot: $0

Hours: Mon-Sun 24 Hrs.

Pros: This is an iconic location in San Fransisco. During the day it is beautiful, but in the evening is when this location really shines. The architecture is amazing and it is perfect for an elegant dress or princess style photoshoot.

Cons: The only big con for this location are car break ins. There are lots of signs around the area about smash and grabs. It is very important when going to SF, that there are no valuables in the car. Having someone stay in the car can mitigate this. We also require a group of people to be with us for a shoot here, just for safety purposes. But with these precautions it makes it safe to shoot at this location.

Pulgas Water Temple

City: Redwood City

Pros: This location is beautiful when the lavendar blooms in June. It is a unique gem that is tucked away. It is about a 45 minute drive from SF and the parking is free.

Cons: This location is beautiful, but it just the temple with a shot by the pool. We typically don't spend more that 1 hour here, but it is a good stop if we are shooting nearby in Redwood City, or this is just a stop along the way to San Francisco.

Mormon Temple
